We know that clarity and transparency are essential for our clients. That's why we've introduced new, clearer statuses that allow you to understand where a contractor is up to at any stage of the process. You'll have complete visibility from invitation through to approval.
Previously, until a contractor was approved, their status was not always clear to clients. With Conserve 3.0, you'll now have complete visibility of all contractors across the journey, offering greater clarity and the ability to follow up and remove any roadblocks in the compliance process.
For contractors
When contractors log in and connect with a new client, they'll access an easy guide outlining the steps and documents needed to achieve compliance. This streamlined process will reduce friction and ensure a smooth path to providing documentation. It will be easier than ever to identify where contractors are in the compliance journey, spot any gaps, and move things forward swiftly.
Access to data and reporting
We're emphasising greater access to data and reporting so everyone involved can generate compliance reports and assess performance over time. This added transparency empowers you to stay on top of your compliance journey and embed continuous improvement in your process.
Document history
To enhance accountability and document management, Conserve 3.0 introduces document history. When contractors or workers update documents, their previous versions will remain readily accessible.
