Are you a contractor, supplier or vendor needing to prequalify?

Have you been asked to join Conserve? Here’s everything you need to know about the benefits and the compliance process.

What is Conserve?

Conserve is a contractor risk and safety management system that encompasses due diligence and document management processes for contractors, service providers and suppliers. Our systematic business processes ensure the ongoing currency of documentation via our automated document expiry notifications, with local support team phone and email contact, whilst providing a supported and guided interaction. The system facilitates two levels of inductions to complement and complete the safety component.

Why am I being asked to join?

Your business may be asked to join Conserve as part of a tender prequalification process or as a condition of your contract. This contractor approval process assists your client in ensuring that all providers of services are verified against a consistent framework whilst constantly prompting the updating of relevant information in line with terms and conditions of engagement.

How does it work?

Register a dashboard in Conserve, provide your client’s confirmation and scope of work and let our support team guide you through the steps of dashboard activation, document upload, approval process and inductions.

How do I join?

Click here to register your business details, or call the Conserve Support Team to have the business registered on your behalf.  You will need your ABN and credit card details to register.

Upon registration, you will be asked to provide evidence from your client to show the scope of work.  If you don’t have any work in the pipeline, you can choose to undertake the general prequalification, where you will be confident that upon approval in the system, your business is ready to undertake work once your client is ready to engage your business.
