They first joined conserve in January 2010, with the New Zealand arm of the business following in June 2014.

The Challenge

Chubb heavily utilise sub-contractors across their organisation. Ensuring them comply with a strict set of requirements, had proven a challenge for their business. Different business units (Fire, Installations, Security, etc) were all managing their contractors separately, without a consistent process or standard across the organisation. Chubb have a distributed procurement team who need access to all contractor documentation, however there was no centralised repository for this.
