With more than 185 years of experience in protecting people, property and assets, Chubb Fire and Security are Australia’s leading provider of security and fire safety products and solutions. They first joined conserve in January 2010, with the New Zealand arm of the business joining in June 2014.

The Challenge

Chubb heavily utilise sub-contractors across their organisation. Having them comply with the complex process of pre-qualification has proven a real challenge for the business. Security licence etc.Different business units (Fire, Installations, Security, etc) were all managing their contractors separately, with no consistent process or standard across the organisation.Chubb have a distributed procurement team who need access to all contractor documentation, however there was no centralised repository for this.
